Terms of Service

Using RoadQuest
RoadQuest Family is a family road-trip companion that provides games, trip tools, stories, rewards, memories, and related features. By creating an account, purchasing RoadQuest, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Accounts and family use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Parent and guardian users are responsible for supervising children using RoadQuest and for deciding what child or family information is entered into the service. Do not create accounts using false identity information or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.
Purchase and access
RoadQuest Family is offered as a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. Paid access is attached to the purchasing account and activates only after the payment processor confirms payment. Access may be suspended or revoked for refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions, or for material violations of these Terms.
Refunds
RoadQuest offers a voluntary 7-day refund window for the original RoadQuest Family purchase, subject to the Refund Policy. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Driving and safety
RoadQuest is intended to support passengers and family interaction. A driver must not operate the app, read prompts, type, photograph, or otherwise interact with RoadQuest in a way that distracts from safe driving or violates traffic law. Emergency and safety information in the app is general information and is not a substitute for emergency services or professional advice.
AI-generated content
Some RoadQuest features may use artificial intelligence to generate stories, trivia, suggestions, or other content. AI output may be incomplete, inappropriate, or inaccurate. Review AI-generated content before relying on or sharing it, particularly around safety, health, legal, financial, travel, or emergency matters.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos, notes, audio, memories, and other content you submit. You grant RoadQuest the limited permission needed to store, process, display, back up, transmit, and otherwise handle that content solely to operate and support the service. You must have the right to upload the content you submit.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate others, abuse family invitations, use RoadQuest to harass or exploit another person, or use the service in violation of law.
Service availability and changes
We work to keep RoadQuest available and useful, but internet, hosting, AI, email, mapping, and other third-party services can fail or change. Features may be updated, improved, limited, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical operation, or product improvement.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadQuest is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature or generated result will be error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
